Quite simply, Sestertii is Roman coinage.
As a means to aggressively recruit stalwart soldiers into his ranks, Caesar-prompted by the overwhelming need for Rome to defend herself-began a campaign to grow his army. Caesar offered 200 sestertius to any soldier who could bring another able-body to fight along his side. Motivated to sustain the Roman Empire, Caesar laid a fundamental framework for the recruiting concept companies practice today by creatively utilizing his Roman purse.
Likewise, Sestertii, inc. idealizes' the concepts Caesar set forth.
