Operations (Craft) Supervisor- Coal Fired Power Plant
Do you work in a coal fired generating station?
Have you done so for at least 5-7 years?
Do you hold a Bachelors degree?
Experience with powerblock, pollution control equipment, and union contract management experience?
Have you dealt with NERC CIP compliance?

SESTERTii inc has been retained to identify a Supervisor capable of leading large functional units and departments: construction, operations and maintenance, or warehousing within our clients production, transmission and distribution system units.
Specifically, this supervisor shall:
* Autonomously ensure appraisals, discipline and personnel matters within their departments and units are handled and company policy is followed.
*Delegate direction of work assignments and ensure department has adequately trained personnel to capably handle daily working assignments.
